SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipments within the US are fulfilled from DAVSTYLES warehouses as soon as your order is verified, it may take up to 72 hours to process and ship your order during business days (Monday - Friday).
We aim to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days. However, it may take longer particularly during the peak season around year end or sales.
After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 2-7 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary.
For all domestic USA orders, you will receive complimentary Standard Shipping with orders $99 We offer our standard shipping (2-5 Business Days).
To ensure the best delivery service, we ship using the top carriers (DHL, USPS, UPS).
You will be informed about the expected delivery date during checkout. Please note that shipments are only processed on US business days.
Additionally, we will send you an email the moment your shipment is handed over to shipping provider (typically within 1-3 business days). They will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment throughout its journey.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING *
For customers that do not live in the United States, we offer UPS International Shipping calculated in real time when you enter checkout. We ship via UPS.
Depending on your country, import/customs fees may be applied to your order.
DAVSTYLES is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Standard International UPS Shipping (3-5 Business Days)
When your tracking number becomes available, you will receive a notification via email to track your order.
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are not held liable for any custom fees in your country, hold times or incorrect shipping information provided. Allow 1 to 2 business days of processing your order to receive your tracking number.
Note: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure they get to you as fast as possible. In this case, you will be given individual tracking codes so you know exactly where your order is!
LOST PACKAGE *
We are not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number reads as successfully shipped and the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are nonrefundable. If you have any questions, please contact us at Davstyles88@gmail.com and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
DAVSTYLES offers returns on most merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date.
If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that there is a restocking fee of $15 that will be deducted from your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the tag must be attached.
To return your product, please email to Davstyles88@gmail.com and someone from our support service will review and get back to you shortly with a return label if your claim is approved. Please always state the reason of your return in your email and your order number.
Once your return is prepared, you can drop it at your local post location. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse in California. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Delivery dates may vary depending on where you are shipping your return from.
Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS *
DAVSTYLES accepts International returns. All fees are the responsibility of the customer.
To return your product, please email to us at Davstyles88@gmail.com and someone from our support service will review and get back to you shortly with an unpaid return label if your claim is approved.
DOMESTIC EXCHANGES (US ONLY) *
DAVSTYLES offers exchanges only on different sizes on the original style(s) purchased. If you would like to purchase a new style, a new order must be placed. There is no return shipping or restocking fee for exchanges.

QUESTIONS? *
Can I cancel/amend my order after I've placed it?
If your order is placed on a week day, our warehouse is really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make any changes or cancel it once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.
If your order is placed on a weekend or a bank holiday, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead if informed within 24 hours of placing your order.
